This ebook is meant to be an educational tool so that you can come up with your own solutions. We will walk through the basics of uterine fibroids including symptoms, diagnosis, how they develop and who's at risk. We will also highlight the unequal burden that is felt by African-American women who suffer more than women in other races.
 
My mission is to help as many of you as I can no matter what part of the journey you are on. A "Girlfriend's Guide" would have been nice during the 10+ years I endured fibroids. Unfortunately, I didn't have one but you do.  Use it as a tool to help you understand all available options including natural, surgical and non-surgical solutions to manage and eliminate fibroids.
